This is a great little all purpose pan. Great for heating soups or leftovers. And it's dishwasher safe. Would highly recommend it! Recently purchased a 10 pc set of Anolon Advanced cookware that can't be put in the dishwasher. If the Titanium set had been around longer and I could have found more reviews of it, I might have purchased it instead simply because it's dishwasher safe. If you're in the market for new cookware, definitely check out Anolon Advanced or Anolon Titanium.


The dishwasher safe non-stick coating appears to work as advertised. I've washed this saucepan perhaps a dozen times now and can find no degradation of the surface. My only wish is that I could buy a close-fitting lid to go with it. I'm using a lid from a corning ware "pan" that works, but could fit better.


As much as I love my Anolon Titanium cookware, there was something missing. I had purchased both cookware sets, but really needed something small to heat up soup or sauces. This is the perfect size and the lid from one my other pan fits it. I highly recommend this pan & find it well worth the price!


This pan is everyhing it is advertised to be. I didn't need to use the dishwasher because a soft cloth wiped out all food reside. I would buy the Titanium series over any other Anolon product line.


I tried out Analon Titanium and they are the only cookware I use now. I also tried Scanpan titanium and they are not nearly as good. The titanium cookware is incredibly durable (I've had some of my pieces for over four years and not a scratch). The non-stick surface is also excellent. I can use much less oil in my cooking.

I love this pan, it is very versatile. I would definitely recommend this pan.


Great pot! the size is perfect and this pot has now become the one i always reach for. I like how the handles do not get hot. Also, I believe this nonstick surface to be far superior to the Professional Calphalon I have. It washes up better too.


This is a terrific product. The size is just right for medium batch size cooking and the included steamer is perfect for single-meal vegetable preparation. It's not too heavy to handle and cleans up very easily. Highly recommended.


I've been upgrading cookware and decided to buy it piece by piece rather than getting a set. This is a pan that I purchased to be able to get versatility and performance in one pan. It's filled that role and then some. The construction is top notch. Heavy, but not dutch oven cast iron heavy. Well built and designed. The handle on the lid stays cool to the touch even after 30 minutes of vigorous boiling, the handles on the sides likewise unless they're placed over open heat (let's say you don't center it over a burner). Because of the steamer insert this pan works well as a steamer. Because of the high sides and non-stick surface and thick bottom (and sides) the pan also can serve as a high-walled skillet. I notice the pan retains heat very well (again more nice design on this piece). Though I wanted a highly versatile pan, suddenly I find this is the pan I reach for most of all, whether for soups, or sauteing, or steaming, or for many of my cooking tasks that normally I used a special pan for, this versatile saucier just seems to work. I'm more an All Clad fan, but the performance of this pan is winning me over to Calphalon One. Also the price/performance ratio is very nice, excellent performance and great price. Did I mention the glass lid? It also really makes a difference in the extra versatility of this pan. The non-stick surface isn't like the sprayed on teflon pans, rather it's bonded and a little rougher. It's not absolutely 'no-stick' but offers a little grip. The real benefit here of a bonded coating is that it's much stronger. I usually use non-metallic utensils, but every now and then might use a metal ladle for instance, and nary a scratch can be seen, it's just an excellent surface. Overall I can't find a weakness and am very satisfied with this pan.


Nice gauge. Good quality product - easy to use & to clean. Came packaged very well. Definitely recommend this product.

Wow! What a great saucier. The photo is deceptive since it's bigger than it appears. It's tough, too. I use metal utensils in it and it hasn't scraped in a year. Amazing.


I received my Cuisinart 1-quart nonstick saucier from Amazon today and was immediately struck by the fact it appeared almost identical in size to my 1.5-quart Cuisinart nonstick saucepan. I carefully checked the volume and determined it actually holds just a tad less than 1.5 quarts. For all practical purposes, this is the 1.5-quart saucepan with a pour spout and no lid. The dimensions are so close that the glass cover for the 1.5-quart saucepan fits on the "1-quart" saucier.


I have been using this saucepot for about two months now and I love it. I find I reach for it pretty much on a daily basis. Perfect size for a small amount of food, soups, veggies, reheating leftovers. I have other brands of hard anodized cookware that are very good, this is my first piece of Cuisinart, and I think it is one of the best pots I own. It is not heavy like others, handle stays cool, the pour spout works well with no spills or dripping, and the price is extremely low for this quality of item. I just wish it came with a cover, that would make it 5 stars. I will definitely buy other Cuisinart cookware when I am in the market for new pieces.


I couldn't be happier with this high quality 1 qt saucier. It's perfect for preparing my individual serving of chai in the traditional method on the stovetop. And with the pouring lip I never spill the hot chai in the transfer to my mug. Other bonuses: heats up quickly and water boils on medium heat, handle stays cool and best of all, clean-up is a breeze. The Amazon price can't be beat!


That's all I asked for; a pan that pours without spilling. Water for coffee cups. At last, a well designed lip on a pan.


This is such a great size for a multitude of uses. How did I live without it? Every kitchen needs one. Cleans up like a dream.


I chose the non-stick pan over the stainless option and agree that the heat dispersion is uniform and easy to control (Thanks for the tip other reviewers!). I really like the "stay cool" handle and the spout, which really is drip-free. I have made several sauces in this pan, and am satisfied overall. My only caveat is that the pan is not as heavy gauge as I expected. My other cookwear is Calphalon classic anodized, which is much heavier duty. However, the non-stick coating seems to be high quality and able to withstand even metal utensils (although I wouldn't use them!) For little cost this is a really functional pan, suitable for everything from boiling water for tea to making some nice sauces! Just put a plate on it if you need a lid!

Nice little saucier, which would have received 5 stars if it had a lidded option. Fantastic for making hot cocoa and for those of us who make tea one cup at a time. The lip prevents spills and is what really makes this item a winner. Not bad for a small batch of gravy, and great for a meal size portion of soup. Interior is pre treated to withstand metal utensils, but it is better to stick to silicone, et al. These pieces are affordable alternatives to pricier Caphalon cookware. Purchase a hard anodized cookware cleaner for the outside of the cookware, or expect stains. Generally a very good purchase.


This is a great pan and it is a perfect size for sauces. The item is misrepresented because Amazon states in two different places that it comes with a tempered glass lid. When I questioned this, I received a $5.00 credit but the powers that be have not seen clear to correct the listing. Buy it but don't let Amazon's deceptive listing catch you by surprise.

I was disappointed because I really like Cuisinart's tempered glass lids.
